5. Online Reservations and Third-Party Websites
Different Terms and Conditions and cancellation policies may apply to reservations made via third-party booking agents or affiliated websites. Please read the rate details carefully before completing your booking.
6. Payment Terms and Credit Card Payment Process

Upon arrival, Guests may also be required to provide a deposit, either by pre-authorization on their card or in cash (see Section 11 below).
Guests choosing the “Non-Refundable” rate benefit from the best available price at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of reservation and is strictly non-refundable. Secure online transactions are processed via Stripe (www.stripe.com). The Hotel is not liable for declined or refused payments.
Even for prepaid third-party bookings, Guests may be asked to provide a valid photo ID and authorize a pre-authorization on their card upon arrival.
Hotel Suzie Blue accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Cash payments are accepted in euros only, up to €1,000 per stay. Cheques are not accepted.
Bank transfers may be accepted on request, at the Guest’s expense, provided funds are received and confirmed at least 48 hours before arrival.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Guest does not benefit from the statutory withdrawal right. Specific cancellation and modification rules depend on the rate booked.
